Corto Maltes--Just next door to El Faro at Calle 10, Corto Maltes has 15 affordable luxury condos (mostly two bedroom units, but a few have three bedrooms) and Zenzi, a restaurant/beach club and large living spaces. Each condo is individually decorated apropos to a Caribbean villa. Corto Maltes is a hidden gem on the beachront in Playa del Carmen. Famil -friendly.

Luna Maya–Just off Coco Beach sits Luna Maya, a complex that is ideal for the guest looking for more affordable lodging or for a longer term stay in a quiet environment. A bit out of town, but not so far you need a car! Featuring one, two and three bedroom units, a small pool, a gorgeous and grassy garden area and a short walk to either Coco Beach or Mamita’s Beach some of Playa’s best beaches, Luna Maya is a great choice as a step up from a standard hotel room. The Elements--Also located at the north end of town, The Elements is an upscale luxury complex with affordable two bedroom condominiums and a very large pool complex. Paseo del Sol--Luxury on the golf course in Playacar Phase II. A gorgeous resort ! Two and three bedroom condos just 600 ft. from the Caribbean and with beach club privileges at El Faro. Onsite pool and dining. If you love to golf and love the water, this is the way to bridge the gap! You will love this resort far more than staying at a generic all-inclusive resort. Family friendly. Playa Beach Condos & Villas offers two lovely and beachfront homes – Casa Callaway and Casa Orilla del Mar. Both houses are family friendly and provide house managers to ensure a smooth and vacation.
