El Faro--Just opened in 2009, this complex of 65 one, two and three bedroom condos features a perfect location at Calle 10 and the beach. El Faro (the lighthouse) long a landmark in Playa has become the hottest spot on the Caribbean with the biggest pool on the beach. Featuring Wicky’s, a beach club and onsite restaurant/bar, El Faro has it all and guests have complimentary access to the beach club.
Corto Maltes--Just next door to El Faro at Calle 10, Corto Maltes has 15 condos (mostly two bedroom units, but a few have three bedrooms) and Zenzi, a restaurant/beach club and large living spaces. Each condo is individually decorated. “Corto” is a hidden gem.
Luna Maya –Just off Coco Beach sits Luna Maya, a complex that is ideal for the guest looking for more economical lodging or for a longer term stay in a quiet environment. A bit out of town, but not so far you need a car! Featuring one, two and three bedroom units, a small pool, a gorgeous and grassy garden area and a short walk to one of Playa’s best beaches, Luna Maya is a great choice.
The Elements--Also located at the north end of town, The Elements is an upscale complex with two bedroom condominiums and a very large pool complex.
Paseo del Sol--Luxury on the golf course in Playacar Phase II. A gorgeous resort ! Two and three bedroom condos just 600 ft. from the Caribbean and with beach club privileges El Faro. Onsite pool and dining. If you love to golf and love the water, this is the way to bridge the gap!
Playacar Phase I Villas--For the guests who want to stay in a home with privacy, this is the way to go. This site features two lovely and beachfront casas--Callaway and Orilla del Mar. I can refer you to literally dozens of other houses if our availability or accommodations do not fit your needs.
Hotel Hacienda Real--Located at Calle 10 and Avenida 10, this traditional style hotel with large, comfortable rooms built around a courtyard pool can be a great destination, whether you need a night before or after a stay in your dream vacation rental or for a stay in and of itself. Onsite dining, a convenient location and great pricing make Hacienda Real a real winner.
