Personal Assistance. From transportation to grocery shopping to personal chefs. We have it all -- fishing, tours, scuba, snorkeling, dining recommendations. Each property has a guest services manager or on-site concierge that can provide assistance on your vacation. Playa Beach Condos & Villas offer the services. of an all-inclusive resort vacation with much more choice. Why eat the same food each night? Visit the great restaurants of the Mayan Riviera or have a native chef prepare your meals.

Need to see a doctor? You will travel to Playa with a name and phone number of a bilingual, licensed medical doctor who makes house calls and will even have a prescription delivered right to your door. Try to beat that!

Travel Insurance ::

If you are visiting between June and November (hurricane season), we strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance. Travel Guard issues one of the best policies available. It is exceedingly affordable and can include provisions for all travelers as well as immediate family members whose health may impact your ability to travel. Travel Guard offers hurricane coverage and 24 hour assistance. Peace of mind is priceless. Hurricane season runs June – November in Mexico.

Damage Deposit Waiver ::

In lieu of a security deposit, rental of our properties includes a damage deposit waiver. Accidental damage that is done to a property or furnishings (up to $1000) is covered by our insurance and will not be charged to our guests. Purposeful damage or loss is, of course, the responsibility of the guest.

Transportation ::

We are happy to arrange transport from the Cancun airport to the doorstep of your vacation rental. Our personable driver will meet you at the airport with a sign bearing your name and a private van that can accommodate up to eight travelers with luggage. With the convenience of an optional stop for groceries, a reliable driving service and great rates, you'll want to have us take care of this for you. You will arrive ready for vacation in Playa del Carmen or Puerto Aventuras relaxed and comfortable letting a seasoned pro do the driving!
